NeuroLeadership
What NeuroLeadership means to us
NeuroLeadership, to us, is not a trend. It is the discipline of understanding what really drives leadership: perception, stress, emotion, decision-making, behavior. Most leadership fails under pressure — not because of strategy, but because of how the brain works. We work exactly there.
We translate neuroscience into leadership that holds under pressure. More clarity. Better decisions. Less friction. More flow.
Scientifically grounded. Translated into practice.
Radically clear language. No method theater.
Leadership that connects performance and humanity.
Transfer into daily decisions — visible in behavior.
Who this is for — and what changes?
For CEOs, executives, leadership teams and People & Culture leaders carrying real responsibility. For environments where complexity is high and excuses are low. For international contexts where collaboration must work across cultures, functions and pressure. If leadership matters where it hurts, this is for you.
Decisions become calmer, clearer, faster to carry.
Stress stops driving behavior. Focus and presence return.
Collaboration becomes direct and accountable.
Execution becomes reliable because ownership and rhythm align.
How we work
1. Diagnose
2. Intervene
3. Transfer
Fast entry points. Real shift.

NeuroLeadership Clarity Check
Clarity on stress patterns, decision bottlenecks, leverage.
When something feels off but cannot yet be named. We surface stress patterns, decision bottlenecks and invisible tensions. You leave with clarity on what truly matters — and what doesn't. Many use this as a conscious starting point for change.
Executive Sparring
Pressure out. Focus in. Decisions made.
A high-trust space for leaders carrying real responsibility. No optimization theater. No performance coaching clichés. Real dilemmas. Real consequences. Real clarity. You leave with clearer decisions and more inner calm in your leadership day-to-day.
Leadership Team Lab
Less friction. More ownership. Shared rules.
When leadership teams come under pressure, patterns emerge that block collaboration and execution. In the Leadership Team Lab we make these dynamics visible and workable. We clarify roles, decision rules and shared ground rules so leadership becomes binding and effective again. The result is tangible: less friction, more ownership, clearer collaboration.
Reset Sprint
Visible movement. Clear rituals. Reliable follow-through.
The Reset Sprint is for situations where momentum is required — fast engagement, without chaos. Over four weeks we work with focus on decision-making, self-leadership and collaboration. Small interventions, clear rituals and consistent transfer ensure change takes hold in daily life. Visible, tangible, lasting.

Hahn & Loewe (Svenja + Alexander)
Systemic clarity. Narrative precision. Decision and execution logic. NeuroLeadership embedded.

Christine Reinshagen
Deep NeuroLeadership coaching. Self-regulation. Sustainable transfer into real leadership behavior.
All three:
When depth, pace and capacity must happen at once.
About us
We met during the Neuro Leadership certification at the Roth Institute in Bremen. Different careers, different industries — and yet from the start the same feeling: we speak the same language. Clear. Reflective. Effective. What connects us is our enthusiasm for neuroscience. But above all, a shared standard: not to simplify neurobiological insights, but to translate them responsibly and effectively into leadership, coaching and organizational work. Not as a method, but as a mindset.
We each bring more than 25 years of experience in leadership, transformation and coaching. We have led organizations, carried responsibility and guided people through complex, often demanding phases. We know leadership not from models, but from our own practice — under pressure, in motion, with consequences.
Each of us stands for a complete, independent perspective on NeuroLeadership. Together, this creates a powerful field of work: strategically sharp, psychologically deep and consistently focused on execution. We work calmly, precisely and with substance — in a way that makes change tangible in daily life.
